1 bunch basil leaves (about 2 1/2 ounces)
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 avocados pitted and peeled
Juice of one whole lemon
3 cloves garlic (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt to taste (you will need to make a couple of additions here)
black pepper to taste (fresh ground here)
Put this all in the food processor and mix until blended. Toss with freshly cooked whole wheat pasta. Yum.
